According to an article in Christian News, president Trump held an Iftar dinner at the White House for Muslim leaders, and wished them “Ramadan Mubarak,” which, roughly translated, means “the blessings of Ramadan” or “the happiness of Ramadan.”
Sounds innocuous, right? But what sayeth our heavenly Father about these so-called “inter-faith” gatherings? As it’s written:
Exodus 34:14-15 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the Lord, whose name is jealous, is a jealous God; lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice.
You don’t see the leaders of Muslim countries holding special dinners of honor in their houses of leadership for CHRISTIAN leaders on our Christian holy days, do you?
If we’re truly becoming a “pluralistic” and “inter-faith” global society with respect and tolerance for all religions and religious views, why aren’t the other religions reciprocating?
A One Way Street…to Hell
You see, it’s a one-way street, beloved. Exactly as God warned it would be. And I’d add that it’s a one-way street straight to hell.
The bottom line is that we, as faithful Christians, are being expected to cast aside our Lord’s Word and bow down to the heathen religions, i.e., respect and honor the heathen for their alleged spiritual “achievements” and wish them blessings and happiness on their so-called “holy days.”
This, even though, to them, we’re the untouchable infidels whose beliefs are simply intolerable. That’s why Christians are being beheaded for their faith throughout the Middle East, even as our president feasts with and wishes blessings and happiness upon their beheaders.
Don’t Even Invite Them Into Your House
Finally, and most importantly, our Lord’s Word says we’re not to so much as invite the non-believers into our house, nor wish them Godspeed in the works of their religion, lest we be considered by God to be a “partaker of their evil deeds.” As it’s written:
2Jn 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
The Muslims do not abide (i.e., dwell) in the doctrine of Christ. Therefore they do not have God.
Indeed, they have quite another doctrine that says our Lord and Savior was never hung on a cross, and that His death on the cross and subsequent resurrection were all faked.
Therefore, say the Muslims, the salvation supplied by Christ’s shed blood is not real. Salvation, they claim, can only come through following the teachings of Allah through his prophet Muhammad.
In other words, they have a substitute Christ and a substitute salvation.
2Jn 1:10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
If anyone who refuses to abide in the doctrine of Christ comes to you seeking religious reception into your house (including the White House, beloved), the Scripture warns you are to “receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed.”
In the Greek manuscripts, the term “God speed” is translated from the Greek word chairō (i.e., Strong’s G-5463), which means cheer, happiness or well wishes.
You’re not to wish the heathen well in their religious works. And why are we not to wish wellness and blessings upon the heathen believers in false religions? Because it’s the same as wishing blessings upon them for blaspheming God.
2Jn 1:11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
When you wish the enemies of Christ well, you become a sharer of their evil deeds, which is to say, you share in their guilt of rejecting Christ and placing a substitute vehicle of salvation in place of Christ’s shed blood.
What’s more, the word “partaker” in the verse above is translated from the Greek word koinoneo (i.e., Strong’s G-2841). This is an extension of the root word koinōnia (i.e., Strong’s G-2842) which is translated “communion” in I Corinthians 10:16, in direct relation to Holy Communion.
In other words, in your heavenly Father’s eyes, even so much as inviting the heathen into your home for religious reasons, feasting with them and wishing them well, is like having holy communion with their god instead of with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Wake up, Christians. You don’t realize it. But you’re being had by your own leaders, who have not only sold out to the “inter-faith” religion nonsense, but have sold you out to your Lord’s enemies, as well.
If you truly understand that something is evil, and alien to your culture, as Trump proclaimed to understand about Islam while running for office, then you don’t host holy day feasts for them in your White House, and wish religious blessings upon them.
It’s a very simple rule: If they don’t believe in Jesus, but offer a substitute salvation, don’t invite them in…don’t feast with them…don’t even wish them well. Period.
And those are not my words, but instead, straight from the Holy Scriptures.
